meh..given the refs performance it was given based on the same criteria but felliani flopped and pretended his knee was blown out. it was marginal.
Was odd he went down holding his right leg when Duffy came in from his left hand side. Was soft.. no one seemed to actually look at it and analyse it properly though, probably because it made no difference in final result.
I watched it in a pub full of Utd fans...I was kind and didn't rip the piss as much as I could have. my MOTM was Glen Murray. He absolutely bossed the Utd back line showing how to play the lone striker role. he put himself about and Bailly and Lindelof couldn't cope with him. Utd's £100 million + midfield was overrun by players who, while supposedly not in their class, showed commitment and a desire to run and put a shift in. they hunted Utd's midfield down and stopped them. Pogba was lambasted in the pub and Fred was non existent. the game by-passed Mata in the first half and, while Rashford made some runs in the second, he and Linguard never got a foothold in the second. Martial looks shot in this showing. Brighton were a team. Utd weren't.
yeah you could tell from the off that the people who mourinho always targets were now the guys he needed a shift from. mata and martial prob knew after 5 mins he would be hauling them off and blaming them. the one thing we know as lfc fans is we won't be out worked by any side this season. we might get beat but it won't be like this.
Funny how quickly the statistical nature of #reality reveals itself Man Utd have scored 4 goals this season 50% penalties 50% flukey deflections Even going game by game the same trend holds Bookies have started paying out on Pogba scoring a penalty against Spurs
also the lads in the pub were calling for Fellaini to come on at half time...half time! before the first half was over! they were trying to make out how well he played in the world cup and what a difference he would make while I just pointed out it'll be long balls up to him. to be fair I was wrong, they couldn't even punt the ball over the top to him
have they gone that far that they'd actually be calling for donk ball. they can't even remember what real football looks like.
every word is true...they can see the limitations of their team...Pogba (rightfully) got a real going over
amazing how 6 years later they are that far gone they would call for a player like felliani. mourinho was never going to do anything but lump it at the 2 big men
