No doubt about it, the new regime have delivered big-time and without paying extortionate fees as well. SWP is the biggest fee at £5 - £6.5 million depending who you believe and Ferdinand is a £3 million deal allegedly. All are peanuts in the bigger scale of things in the PL but make us a truly competitive outfit. We have some seriously good competition for places throughout the team and I'm sure the Promoted players will also have a part to play throughout the season.

It was reported on the BBC yesterday that Amit is putting up 33% of the finance for this spree and we all owe Tony and Amit a huge thank you as well as Warnock who has worked tirelessly in difficult circumstances this summer.<ok>

As Warnock said, the season starts 12th September, bring it on...

There is nothing surprising in Bhatia putting up 33%. He owns 33% of the shares, so he should be putting in 33% of the "investment". The fact is that money has been spent.

It's now down to the players and Mr Warnock to go out there and do their stuff.

I echo all the comments above and, when you think how many players we've brought in over the last couple of weeks it is amazing how far we've moved forward already.
BUT..........I think we all need to be patient, as it will take time for this many players to gel. If NW picks the team most of us are guessing that he will, it will include 5 players who've not played together before, along with DJ who has hardly played!! It could take a while guys!!

YES! Thanks Tony, Amit, Philip and Neil for all your tremendously hard work that paid of in the end. What a feeling it was following all that went on around LR on SSN last night, finally we where allowed to come out and play as well.
Haven't seen any Swans or Norwich supporters having a go and make fun of us in the last two weeks, wonder why?? Sorry, don't mean to gloat but i just had to get it out of my system.
But it will take time i believe for us to gel properly, Norwich and Swansea are way ahead of us there. At least now we can look forward to a very exciting campaign ahead.

    COYR's!!!

Quite right. While there have no doubt been some constraints (we were clearly outpriced on Crouch) NW has had the opportunity to pretty much rebuild his squad from top to toe. If there are problems here on in it will sit squarely on his shoulders. I remain something of a Warnock doubter but if his hand-picked team secure another season of PL football he will join the list of great QPR managers.

Well done everyone involved, some brilliant signings for us.

NW is renowned for getting the best out of players and getting individuals to work as a team unit. If he can do that with this standard of player we could surely be looking at the top half of the table.

Again, well done TF, AB, NW and PB. Great job ;)

I agree QPAAAGH. Perhaps for the first time in his managerial career NW has had a chance to spend some money. I am delighted for him. But this will now place a new pressure on him, as there can be no excuses about a lack of board support or quality players. Our squad is still a long way short of a top 6 team but henow has enough quality at the club to be looking at a 12-16 finish. I think you will get more people starting to look more closely at his tacticts and managerial ability now, particularly if results do not go our way. Remember, he is still unproven at this level and now has a chance to prove that HE can also mix it with the big boys. I hope he is a huge success and then he definately will be regarded as a hoops legend.

Cannot fault the club, board and Management for the efforts made over the last two weeks.

    Neil richly deserves this chance.

However I hope we do not expect miracles from Sept 12th.
A lot of new players will need time to bond together.
What I would say is that the players bought all have premiership experience and know what it is all about.

I am sure we will get an Adel flare up or a Joey Twitter rant at some time.

Patience is now needed and survival is the aim. I hope we do not get unhappy if we are not in the top half immediatley.

I cannot think of anyone better that Neil to bring the best out of this bunch.

As per the above, sincerest thanks to the manager and owner for all their efforts. They really do have the club's best interests at heart.

    Couple of points:-
Great time for an international break - these guys do need a few days to catch their breath.

Also, Neil managed to merge a lot of players into a team quickly last year so have no doubts he'll do so again but echo the sentiments of giving him and the players time.

    Proud and delighted. Again thanks.
