    Yeah but he only agreed because he didnt understand the terms of the bet.
    In my eyes a welch is when you understand what is at stake, but pull out after agreeing because you have lost and dont want to suffer those consequences.

    This isnt that, its just HIAG being dumb and not reading it properly <laugh>

    Whilst still chasing last seasons bet, Piskie was even goading Hiag to make a bet this season when Hiag made the prediction that Wolves would finish above Arsenal...he could have ignored it, like the many or just gave some words back, but no..instead he went on a mini campaign to shove a bet down Hiag's throat

    I dont think it is debatable.
    Everyone knows what happened.
    The terms of the bet were never changed.
    Big bad Fosse and Piskie never changed the terms to get one over on HIAG.
    HIAG just misunderstood them, so agreed, then when he realised what he had agreed to, withdrew his consent.
    Which I think he is free to do imo.

    For what its worth I think he did genuinely misunderstand and ****ed up so I dont class that as a welch.
