Chris Wathan on tw@tter.... To put some twitter rumours to bed, told Graham Potter hasn’t quit Swansea nor is he threatening to. All the same, you wouldn’t blame him for being frustrated in the extreme in the way the last few days have panned out
We will be fine and not just fine we will be challenging for promotion if we can stay injury free for the most part....I can see a couple making a name for themselves this season....We must try and make the Liberty a fortress so that the visitors expect to lose and a draw would be their expectation,.....We have been here before and we came out on top with unknown players like Leon, Tate, Trundle and many others and it is the manager who has the difficult job of moulding his players into his philosophy how he wants the team to play and i think Potts is the man to do it....There will be mistakes on our journey there always are but as long as we learn from them we will do very well.....KTF.
That’s all very well but when we got promoted we had mainly senior players and cultured players atm we have an extremely patchy team with very limited experience coupled with a weak midfield and a non existent central defence and strike force. I think it’s obvious what the clubs intentions are. As a paying fan I feel totally ripped off paying £50 for two tickets to see a team that are basically a U23 team.
Lies, lies and more lies. I hope we make it so uncomfortable for those money grabbing scum ****ers that they feel too scared to step foot in Swansea ever again. I can’t believe what they’ve done to our club.
... and not forgetting that the Council were falling over themselves to let the Yanks take control of the Stadium..... Wonder if they think that was the right decision now?
The US consortium are frauds and con men/women. Us fans should ask for complete transparency regarding the clubs finances. Where has all the money gone?
Far too much surmising and doom and gloom....We wanted a clear out and we got one....It could be a blessing in disguise.......Lets just go with it and see what happens as we cant change things as we have no say anyway.....
Thing is. Yes we wanted a clear out but this takes the piss. What club do you know of that only has on senior CB? And secondly we expected to see a restructure of the club but all we're left with is an unbalanced mess. abundant in wingers and totally devoid of senior CB's. Honestly my kid at 8 could have handled things better. our club are either extremely weak or just unashamedly greedy. either way, they're not fit enough to run a professional football club IMO. I understand that there's still the option to bring in loan players but I have serious doubts about the required calibre that will be available.
