    I don't expect anyone to believe this, don't really believe it myself.

    My Dad works in an office right next to Gatwick so has to get off of the train at Gatwick, said he saw Zamora getting on a train to Newcastle.


    Firstly why would he get a train? Surely Ashley could pick him up?


    Anyway just passing my bit of extravagant gossip. Could explain Gignac to Fulham.

    Just saying - When Pardew was at West Ham, he had Zamora as his star striker and expected him to star for england in the coming years. So a possibility - Pardew likes him

    Maybe I am being thick, but why would Zamora go out to Gatwick to get a train to Newcastle?

    I used to live in Gatwick, and trains to Newcastle don't go through there... You can buy a ticket to Newcastle, but King's Cross is where the train goes from!

    This was funny earlier because it was a blatant load of bollocks. Now its just a pain. My mate has just sent me the same text. When I reasoned with him that footballers don't use trains, and he was outside our current transfer policy, he gave a simple response in all senses of the word simple. "Its on the BBC though so is probably true" How can you help people like this!

    I think your dad is taking the piss out of you. Or he's thick as mince like my mate and is joining in the elaborate games of chinese whispers. I think if its the former he deserves extra credit for throwing in false information about trains from Gatwick to Newcastle.
