What about a loan for 5 months with an option to buy (or send back in Jan). ? City to pay his salary in full ( 20 grand per week ?? - 400,000 plus a 100,000 loan fee - total 500,000 for a look-see). Would it be worth it ?

You have to feel for Nigel Adkins. He's been wanting a return to management for long enough and he ends up here. A club where the owners are hell bent on one thing only, making money for themselves. Given a chance, he might have made them millions. Oh well.
I honestly find it all funny and sad at the same time. Nothing would surprise me anymore with the Allams nothing at all. Both of them are just cringe worthy, the rest has been said.
