Oops I actually meant to give burke 6 and de wijs 5, edited. I thought De Wijs looked a bit shakey but didn't think he was as bad as a lot of people have said. There's a player in there he just needs time.
Burke had a good game. 7. De Wijs 7. Kingsley 6. Henriksen 6. Batty 6. Marshall 6. Poor goal kick. Nows the time to back him not boo him. But we're hull city we can't do without a scapegoat. Someone to really really hate. Do the opposite sing a song for him.
I haven't 'scapegoated' anyone. I don't think Marshall played well in this game, is that ok with you oh Board Commander?
de Wijs 7 That was as bad a debut as you'll ever see, he's good with his head, but utterly ****ing hopeless with everything else. I don't look for scapegoats and I certainly don't hate him, but it's ridiculous to claim he didn't have a shocker last night.
Didn't go, sounds like we played some reasonable stuff at times, but Marshall, De Wijs are not up to it, also KIngsley is not performing to the level expected. A long hard season ahead by the looks of it.
I believe that last night was our lowest home attendance in the second tier since our final game of the 90/91 season and also the lowest number of Hull City fans at any home league game at the KCOM (we had a handful of lower attendances in the 4th tier, but with few away fans).
Marshall’s weight is going backwards all the time. Hence why is reactions are terrible. Their free kick that hit the bar Marshall crumpled into a heap and fell over. That for a 5 million pound goalkeeper who’s on a astronomical wage is not good enough. He’s never made me thought once he could be a decent keeper for us. Never made a unbelievable save, commended his box or anything. Either his confidence is shot or he’s just not good enough technically.
Really? As bad a debut as you'd ever see!! So you'd give him a 1 a 2? He did ok. Thought the whole team performance was good against a strong villa side.
The announcement, if it's based on the actual, it was probably about the same as our lowest ever KCOM league attendance, which was 11,308 against Bury in 2003.
I'd give him a 4 if I'm being really generous and allowing for the fact it was his debut, my lad gave him a 2 last night, Buckingham gave him a 5.
Elmo's shot hits the inside of the side netting so that's a decent strike. But look where Hutton's shot hits the net. Keepers should be saving those.
A 2. Ridiculous. How did the 15 million Kodja do against him? **** all. Won it in the air all night did DW. We lost against a strong side, in a game we all probably thought we'd lose. We scored a great goal. Had a good chance to make it 2. Then we conceded some poor goals. We're a young side who are going to make some mistakes. But support is needed. But nah on this board we'll sit back like the twitterati slagging everything off.
I don't think anything said on here will affect marshall, but the ironic cheering near the end of the game when he caught something was not on.
