Morning all nothing good about it. Fed up of saying more of the same about LU management. Even fishing is loosing its appeal.
Not aware of anyone here who did see the game. Periscope illegal feeds don't count! (I did watch some of that)!! I have spoken to two people who did go last night and we could have been 7 down by half time.. To say they were unhappy about the team. the effort or the level of progress would be to down play it. Did you go? I see the Japanese Bremner is living up to the billing the usual suspects gave him.... Not. That was a deal so dodgy the fraud squad should be looking into it.
The thing with someone like Saiz IMO is that he has come here to show off his talent with an eye to getting a better move with more cash. He now must realize we are going backwards as a club with no ambition to compete for the title. So in comes Bielsa who will have him running ragged because he his just about one of the few talents we have. A lot of the focus will be on him and he will likely become a scapegoat if results go against us. He isn't Leeds and I wouldn't be surprised if he wants out.
Juan Foyth injured for Spurs v Brentford. Will miss the start of the season. Suppose that will rule him out of a loan move to ER
OFFER ACCEPTED Leeds United have had a bid accepted for Wolves left-back Barry Douglas. According to Phil Hay, this will be massive if it comes off.... 14 assists, 5 goals and a free kick specialist... More to follow
In which case you may have currency on the matter. So what scores would you give the team that were out fought and out thought by mighty Oxford? Out of 10 how satisfied were you with how the team that was billed as a first 11 performed bearing in mind they have been in training for 6 weeks and its less than a fortnight till we face Stoke?
That would be a very good signing if he can replicate some of his form from last season. My GF and her family are all staunch Wolves supporters and he was one of the unsung heroes from last season.
Agreed. The much spotted common happyclappy fish are just jumping in the keep net all by themselves. No need for hooks, baits or rods.
If orta gives it all his attention we just might get the deal finalized and done in time for the January window.
Can't see how that can be,surely you should play your first 11 together before the first match, how will he know how they play together,if we have no injuries at the back all season maybe we can be competitive,in reality we have 11 days to sign some players or sooner or later we will have big problems.
This signing is exactly what we need. Reports from Wolverhampton suggest a fee agreed but no mention of if the player is prepared to make the switch. Nothing coming from the Leeds side of things so as usual it's journo talk until the deal gets done.
