How about a Death Penalty Shoot Out? You get all the inmates due to be executed and split them into two teams. They then have to flip a coin to see who is the keeper and who takes the penalty. If the keeper saves it he goes to prison for life and if the shooter scores he gets to live out the rest of his miserable life doing porridge. If they are Muslimist Terrorists then the "winner" of the shoot out has to hack the head off the loser and send a video copy to the loser's family. See if they still get to heaven with 72 virgins then.
