Sirloin, medium rare, Dijon mustard.

Fillet is my preference, but I enjoy sirloin or ribeye on occasion. Never chips. Good mash is far better with a steak.

Canny remember the last time I had T-Bone. Might get maself one of them for tomorrow's dinner.

 

Steak should be rare/medium rare served with a good delux whisky unless it's breakfast then a poached egg or two is acceptable.

 

Steak n' eggs is what I had every breakfast when I was on holiday in Florida. It was the only thing on the breakfast menu that wasn't covered in sugar or coated in syrup. The natives eat ****in cakes at breakfast. Fat ****s.
