When people know what Leave really means I don't think they'd vote for it. And I dont think they would vote Leave now.

No deal was the default position for leaving the EU. If we can get a deal (withdrawal and trade) with Brussels, so much the better for everyone. The UK can't do it on it's own, going forward. I doubt it will happen, because the Chequers deal is weak and the EU will try to weaken is substantially further

WTO most likely in my view, unless there's a big change of heart from across the Channel

Correct, it wasn't an option. Nor should it be now.

It's only a hundred years since honest ordinary British men charged across muddy fields to personal ruin at the behest of their leaders - in the belief their leaders knew best. Seems like Brexit is the same, to me. The leaders didn't, but they weren't the ones to suffer. Nothing’s changed, has it?

The largest number of votes ever cast, nearly 17.5 million voted to leave.
Not to leave, but still have ties; still be dictated to by EU rules; still be influenced by the Euro judges; be in the customs union and the single market.
    Leave!!
    Be separated!
    Be independent!

    ****ing leave!

Oh yes, I forgot. Everyone who voted leave was either thick, a racist, didn't understand the meaning of leaving or all three.
We voted to leave the EU. Cut ties and be independent.
    We voted to leave.
    I don't get the confusion.

There was no majority in favour of a no-deal Brexit. Do you support a United Ireland?

We didn't vote on a deal, we voted to stay in or leave.
It's not beyond the wit of man to sort out the Irish border.
To answer your question, whatever the majority of people in Northern Ireland want, is what it should be.

    Strange analogy.

The people chose to leave, not the leaders and metropolitan elite.

zzzzzzzzz This is like groundhog day!
I listened to Parliment today about exiting the EU. One MP said when Ireland voted No to the EU they had the same excuses being made that the people didn't know what they voted for. And got a second referendum. It really is insulting and why you dream of another referendum, I will be counting down the days to freedom.

I think a united Ireland is one almost certain longer-term outcome of a no-deal Brexit. At least that would be one positive thing to come out of this sorry mess. Wouldn't say much for the Conservative & Unionist Party, though.

I would never accuse any of the first 2 Col but in all honesty I still don't understand the meaning of leaving. I didn't vote, I wished I had voted remain but that's just me. If i had voted leave then I would be a tad pissed off to be honest as it isntvwhats written on the tin.

Comrade Corbyn got a kicking in PMQ's. When they mentioned 'anti-semitic' Corbyn shrunk into his suit. Calls of "Shame Shame Shame" echoed through parliament.
