PL is the strongest league by far, never has there been so many teams that have the capabilities to win the PL. The top 6 teams can realistically win the title, but it'll go down to how good the manager is. In the past, it's always been 1 or 2 teams with the best players that have won, but this is certainly different. Liverpool have the players, but so do City, Chelsea, Spurs, Manure and Arsenal. But i'm going for City or Liverpool as they were the two best PL teams (City in the league and Liverpool in Europe), but the gap will narrow with Liverpool bringing in some much needed reinforcements. I can see a significant improvement to Chelsea and Arsenal next season too, so top 4 will be even harder to pick. So many tough games and so many points can be dropped that it will go down to the narrowest of margins. So many top quality teams, managers and players in the PL, never has it been harder to win the league, but it's going to be Pep v Klopp for me. They have got their teams playing the way they want them at a very high level, only question mark is how quickly the new Liverpool midfielders adapt to the PL.
