Anyone got one or thinking about getting one? Personally I've never had one nor have I even had a go of flying one but I've been doing a bit of research over the past few weeks and I'm thinking about taking the plunge. My initial aim is just for a bit of a hobby to start with in the short term, but over time i would perhaps like to expand that slightly to earning a bit of cash in my spare time. As always with anything these days there is a wealth of information on the interweb so was just curious to get some indication from some of you lovely people as to your experiences if you've already dabbled with them.

Been toying with the idea of getting a DJI Mavic Air for some time. Never quite got myself to click the confirm order button yet. Great kit and drones can give you some great footage and photos but I'm not sure I would use it enough. I'm into my photography (nah wot I mean, nudge, nudge) but I've never done a lot of video and editing. If I were to do more video I'd probably get one in a heartbeat tbh otherwise I think it would just be an expensive toy and one that didn't come out of the box enough.
