Well said mate. He may have been vulnerable to the odd mistake, but as you say, he always gave it his best. I'd like him to stay, but can understand why he's being sold. Good luck in the future Anton
TBH, I've got no idea It was reported earlier that he is in London having discussions with QPR. It's a long way to go, just to tell them he's not interested
i agree that he has given his all and i think if he goes for £1m thats too cheap Harry would have wanted £5m at least why is it we pay over the odds for players and sell ours too cheaply Bent £24m Carroll £35m See what i mean
he's better than bramble and turner combined foolish leaving so many injury prone defenders without cover this season is turning into a nightmare
I've always liked Anton, always gives it 100% even if he is prone to the odd lapse. If this move allows us to bring in the 2 or 3 players we all know we need then it's worth doing. We'll all know in the next 24 hours .. not much work will be done in my office tomorrow !!
Disappointing, thought he was far better than Turner and quite versatile. I'm guessing Brucie is gonna put a bit of faith in Laing this yr.
Laing is rated as THE best prospect that a LOT of coaches/managers have seen in many a year. Just look at his advancement over the last 6 months. Moving up and gaining experience rapidly but will not be thrown in deep end unless no other option. No bullshit heard this from a PL scout last year.
I'd like to know what the hell Nosworthy and Kilgallon will be doing if they aren't moved on this transfer window. We haven't seen them for ages and if Bruce has ordained that they are not part of his plans then we need to move them on.
