Well he started off with 45.5% approval and it's now 42.3%. Disapproval started at 41.3% and is now 52.7%. So the answer to your question is no.

The evidence is all there. multiple indictments, multiple people pleading guilty to corruption and collusion, and he's in their crosshairs.
