To be honest,at my age I don't think I could stand anymore partying every night,in need of a few night staying in playing doms with you lads. At least the Irish Police will be happy,as they might get a break from the bitter,twisted paddys throwing petrol bombs now.
Well my bus to work was late,probably something do with you fookers. And I know you're bored,but building bonfires in July it's 4 months till bonfire night.
No offence to the Welsh, but it was funny seeing Bilic turn around to Giggs and say that it just shows what a small nation of a similar size can produce. Giggs sheepish look was priceless. Anyway, fair play to them! They soaked up what we threw at them in the first half and came out fighting for the second. It's just a pity that we don't have those 1 or 2 truly world class players that make all the difference such as a Gascoigne etc.. It also didn't help that 3-4 probably had their worst game for us when it really mattered. Stones seems to be getting his fair share of criticism and yet nobody mentioning Maguire! I thought Maguire was all over the place and it was unsettling our defence. Probably not fair I suppose to criticize anybody considering we have done better than expected. Let's hope we learn from the experience and one or two of the other youngsters we have coming through can turn out to be the sort of players that can make a difference on the world stage.
Yep, a few suggesting he was carrying a knock but he looked absolutely out on his feet in the immediate interview after the game. He is a Captain we can proud off. If our luck was in, that shot from a yard out would have went in off the keepers legs. Every time I watch it back, I am still hoping it goes in!
