    Indeed.

Transfer deadline day should be good! We might sign somebody and we will probably get rid of some of players we don't need.

I can't see us singing anyone to be honest - other than Coates.

In the interview JWH gave recently in the telegraph the bit I found suprising was about player wages.

Interviewer - How important is it, again with FFP in mind, for you to lower the wage bill before this window closes?

    JWH - Not an issue.

I don't know whether to take this to suggest that those players we don't need are on their way out, or that we are well under budget at the moment anyway? Bit of a blunt answer but it's a nice one - better than him saying we need to get rid ASAP!

Yeah, I think Coates could be it for our incoming transfer business. However, i've got a funny feeling about Bellamy... Can see that going through late in the window!

I read that interview as well. That bit did strike me when I read it. I see it as John saying that they have put a budget in for wage bill and we are under that at the moment. We still don't need these players and i'm sure the club is working hard to move them on!

I hope we don't get Bellamy. Can't see any logic in getting him back, espcially as he's on 90k. I know he will probably take a wage cut but he isn't getting younger and seems to be a disruptive influence where ever he goes. If it's a coice between him and Yossi, there is only one winner for me.

If N'Gog goes to Bolton, we would be left with Suarez, Carroll and Kuyt up-front. If one of them was injured, we would be short up-front.

The more I think about it, the more it seems to makes sense. He wasn't disruptive when he was at Cardiff last season and under the management of Kenny, I could see him being a useful asset. Would be good cover as well.

Not sure many agree with me though!

I guess of N'gog does go then we may be a tad short but I think we'd cope at least until January. What are the chances all 3 will be injured at the same time? Plus we have Morgan who looks like he deserves a chance after banging them in fo the U18's and Reserves. Would rather give him a go as back up than an old expensive Bellamy.

Also, isn't he a massive Cardiff fan though, which is probably why he wasn't disruptive there?

Still think we need cover. Having Suarez, Carroll, Kuyt, Bellamy and Morgan would be pretty good in my opinion. And I think that after the issues we have with giving free transfer long contracts *cough* Joe Cole *cough* we wouldn't give Bellamy a massive contract. And I think he could still do a job.

And yes, he's a Cardiff fan but I honestly think he's calmed down and wouldn't be a disruptive influence in the dressing room. And if he was, Kenny would sort him out.

I guess we'll agree to disagree on this one

I'll happily admit I was wrong if he joins and does a good job though :D

Indeed. Think i'm in the minority regarding Bellamy!

And if he gets the winner in the United or Everton games, i'm sure we'll all be happy!

Swansea's average possession so far is 61%. Incredible, just lacking options up front it seems.

I didn't realise this 'England' press conference was meant to be all about Utd.

Yeah, wasn't brilliant earlier so I went out for an hour or so, came back and it's not brilliant but it's better than earlier.
