    He didn’t even put any force into it basically just placed his foot on his ankle. Red card for me but still Neymars reaction was that of someone being shot by a 50 cal sniper.

    Obviously it doesn't beat Mbappe vs Argentina, but Willian has been very impressive for me in this game. Easily the stand-out player.

    I know it was only a tap in, but when will Brazil finally start Firmino ahead of Jesus?

    Always hated Brazil. Quite unreasonably. It's because they have been held up as a brilliant side my whole life. They are classed with Germany in my death list. Hoped somebody would dump them out of this cup...ah well, guess England will have to do it. :)

    At least this in this match they mentioned the vexing ambiguity between the inevitable quadrennial hype surrounding Brazil, and what is the reality of the past 36 years. This has to be one of the more entertaining sides during that time, and they're not all that in terms of 'samba magic'

    In fact the most entertaining thing will be the inevitable gifs of that git Neymar being thoroughly electrocuted by that Emperor bloke from Star Wars.
