Just heard James Rodriguez went off injured earlier today. Hopefully he's okay and fit for Monday #noexcuses

Tbf, if he's better by Monday, he ought to be ok for Tuesday.
I'm sure that's what you meant.

No, I just meant he's okay and hopefully taking him off was precautionary. Never wish injury on a player, nor will I celebrate or be happy about it.

Why did TAA cross the road?

He didn’t, he hit the first man from crosses. He played okay, but then dreamed he was Trippier and lacked some of his dead ball skills.

Trippier had Kane & Mcguire to aim for. TAA had Vardy. He didn't hit the first man once btw

TBH he did look a boy compared to what trippier did against **** teams.

I don't know why england were letting him take set piece at his age with players like dier hanging about.

To be fair he hit some Liverpool esq long balls into the channels to great effect first half and once Belgium sussed it he had no outlet. He will be a good player for England, no doubt. But was below what I expected.

Don’t even start me on Rose!

Spain Croatia is a real QF. the other two are **** teams.

England have two average sides but side who can play a team game and tactically get at England... Columbia and imo Switzerland.

England really ought to be in SF and kane ought to have golden boot tied up here...

I go back again.. .walker, stones, maguire... thats where the issues are.

He was a sulky twat and absolutely terrible. I mean ****ing awful.

that should be him done for the rest of WC IMO.

Look, rashford and vardy tried a leg. Rose rolled about a lot and TAA wore grown up pants for the first time but really it was really a b international

I’ve no idea how that fella is deemed a DM player, he’s a decent CB and that’s it.

I agree, if we’re going to falter it’s that back line, Maguire up against a decent attacking side will be exposed in that left hand berth. If he’s going to play then it should be as the central CB imo, as his strength is his aerial power. Cahill should fill the left hand berth, with Stones on the right and Walker in his correct position of RWB.
