I was genuinely worried about this yesterday when I saw he was on a shortlist of managers for that job, today's madness has expedited it.

I think this is him gone to be honest. We’re clearly doing nowhere near enough and this job could not have been timed worse for us. How many chances is Rafa going to get for the National job?
It's worrying the timing. If he gets offered the job I think he'll take it. We can only hope the Spanish FA are looking to someone else.
Am I the only one thinking he wouldn't be interested at the moment or ever. He wont get paid anywhere near as much as he can managing a top European club. In addition he has stated numerous times he wants to stay in England and that his family are settled. He likes the daily running of a football club, he would get quite bored being an international manager. His stock has never been higher and could probably go to most top European clubs. GG

I have changed my mind, after seeing our first 5 fixtures, Rafa might think f*** that I can't be arsed with this **** anymore. We had SPURS first game last season as well. Everyone lockup Jonjo!
