Seems like Ashley is finally getting hit in pocket, crowds falling, corprate business virtually non existent. Message finally hitting home unless he is prepared to put back some of the 40 million+ profit think crowds will fall below 40,000 in the next few weeks.

Two days till end of window and still no striker after almost 9 months can't see anything much happening now unless we pull off a loan deal surely the likes of Man U or Man C must have some spares we can borrow. Sad times when you consider Ashley is a billionaire!! Well played Krul yesterday by the way looks a top keeper.

But Lewis, it's the start of a new season, we've signed new players, have yet to be beaten and look to be securing one or two signings before the transfer window closes. How could you NOT be pessimistic?!

And Fulham had 400 fans, a bigger away following and we'd have had 44,000. I'd rather we had 52k than low attendances to piss Ashley off.

Bloody hell, whats with the pessimism!?

I highly doubt the crowds will fall under 40,000. Anyway, we will get a striker in. And, it wont be on loan.

Im very optimistic for the next two days.

Maybe Tonton needs to go back to posting with his neaderthal buddies on the chronicle website. Funny how in the know they all are, they all know so much about the fact we won't sign anyone they must work for the club, yet they hate the club so much. Charnley must have pushed in front of them at the lunch queue or something.

I would love to be proved wrong but do people not remember the last few transfer windows can't see why people assume things will be any different this time not negative just realistic folks and I have been impressed with Krul, Collo and Taylor mainstays of our team

Hello Clarence sorry didnt realise everyone has to have the same opinion as you I want the club to do well probably as much as you do just wont happen with the happy chappies running the club if we sign 3-4 player I will be shocked and if we bring in the right players I will be the first on to say well done

Hate the way some of our fans are SO retarded that they think boycotting the club will benefit it, however this isn't the main reason for the slight dip in attendances imo

  19. Agreed. In fact turning up for games and filling the ground regularly will get Ashley to go quicker, as he's holding on to the club until it's seeing a good consistent profit so he can sell it to interested buyers.
