well, what can you say? no complaints on HEY GAMAN.had a good position from the start, and fought on well, but was just beaten by better horses on the day.still, another respectable run..

very much a match between my fancy CAIUS MARCIUS and curious carlos.both were quite useful hurdlers, but the former maybe a tad better.so,if jumping well on his chase debut here, can go well..

a competitive contest, and not many to leave out completely here, but my choice is young and progressive mare MARTILOO,who won a similar contest at aintree recently.climbing up in the ratings, but further improvement very possible, given the ease of her win last time out.big shout!

another tricky race, but REIVERS LODGE is only 4 lbr higher than when last successful,so even if she has to step up on recent form, not badly treated, and the yard does well here..

The 9/2 Shahnaza for the Diane is going, the horse she dismissed last time Pollaro won the G3 at Chantilly today. Only Paddy Power left.

Went a right pearler but got up and walked back under his own steam. I was watching and thinking that I would back him when he went right handed next.

it's funny how some horses have a real bias and others don't , that's why fontwell and the old windsor track were so good , got to be agile for them courses . Agree , young o'connor was going well enough , and right handed would have been many lengths better off , no crabbing the winner though , jumped well and made all , wasn't stopping either .

Okay, so I am after-the-facting but I nominated the first two home and you made an argument for a serial loser! Tricky horse = bookies friend.

For what it is worth, the Prix Du Jockey Club form is worthless as they finished in a heap with two donkeys in the first four. Dream on about your Arc bet... (I am sure you will quote me on that in October)

Well done, shame you werent confident enough to bet. Cloth of Stars got absolutely no run, I said hed win with a clean trip, he probably wouldnt have today and hes a horse who needs things to fall his way, the way Barzalona rides him anyway. Barzalona cost Crown Walk the race in the first as well with a similar ride.

Id agree that the jockey club form is worthless, it usually it, its a terrible track and invariably a messy race, can only thank god the Arc is back at Longchamp. Im fairly confident the winner will leave the form well behind.

Will let Rostropovich run speak for itself.
