*Puts head above parapet* I honestly don't thing Orta is the comedy scapegoat/pantomime villain that he's painted to be. For example he was the one talking AR of sacking TC earlier than he did and I still think some of his signings last year will come good. He's also apparently the one pushing for Biesla which he's doing knowing that he will no longer been the centre of control so don't buy into the whole he's a power mad Rasputin at the club (despite the beard)

I think he'll much more be looking forward to targeting a few high quality replacements with a decent budget and a marquee manager than trying to turn around the club last summer.

Also I don't think they wanted Monk but equally as shown by Monk last year with Middlesborough there's no guarantee another year with him would have worked - would have still lost Wood and no guarantee Bartley would have been allowed to move that summer either.

I respect everyone has an opinion mate, no need for head above parapet ;)

If we get this guy it will be an interesting few weeks as it all evolves. A few days ago I thought we were sticking with PH I’ve no idea who is pushing for this new guy, if it is Orta at least I can blame him for something else if it goes tits up ;)

Thanks for the offer, but tbh, it was a magician I needed more than anything else. That's what comes of being married to a hoarder with no vision. Now that she can't move in the living room, she's accepted that most of the furniture needs to gtf. If only she's decided that ages ago.

Ok, I will stick my neck out here - we will go hard for promotion this year with whoever comes in as manager, serious money will be invested and if we fail, Rads will leave. That being the case, Ristac was right all along, I truly believe Rads wants it but if he’s not up to the job (or hasn’t got the cash), he is the stepping stone to finally having owners with power and intent.

Pooh, Pooh yourselves to your hearts content but I sense we are on the cusp of our comeback, boom....
