There aren't any nasty people on not606 Elf posted in the CL thread about the Welling Utd friendly only about an hour ago - he speculated that the kick-off time has been brought forward because of anticipated crowd trouble. Surely not? EDIT: According to the Club the Welling kick-off time has been brought forward to avoid a clash with one of the World Cup Quarter-Finals. So in a way it was anticipated crowd trouble - as in the potential lack of a crowd!
ROT posted part of the interview with Roland on the members only section. Roland apparently got upset that Karel Fraeye was abused face to face. I was worried that he might have found out who was responsible and put out a contract.
In all seriousness if someone has his contact details can you give him a ring/text just to check he is ok and report back. I can understand people taking a break in the close season but it seems a bit out of the blue would like to know he is ok. A bit of banter is one thing but at the end of the day he is your real life mate and my virtual one.
