Just got knocked down to £40 by the new owners didn't it? Still a ridiculous price for a promoted team to be charging for a bottom half game, decent seats against good teams at SJP are similar priced.

I agree, it's shocking, but it has to be done.

If you can find a pint for £2.50 in London you're a better bargain hunter than me. Or him:

if you find a Samuel Smiths pub, they are always cheap, a year ago i got a pint of hand pull bitter for £1:37. They do not stock anything that you will recognise though

Yes, they got a lot of pressure put on them and reduced it. Still more than it used to be though. Affects the home fans too who complained bitterly about it.

That's disgusting , but I'm sure the away end will still be full.

Unlike here in Belgium where I watched Beerschot - Standard Liege yesterday night and the away fans boycotted the game because they thought that 23 euro's for a ticket was too much.

They said it was too expensive and that 21 euro's would have been the right price.. <doh>

No away fans , strange atmosphere.

Yea they never take many away fans with them to far trips.

Bit like Wigan and Blackburn's away support.
