It's not difficult for him to look more accomplished than his first game. To do that all that was required was putting one foot in front of the other, maybe briskly so it looks like he's moving. Dreadful signing. I also can't believe the amount of likes your post got, have they all not seen Kingsley play? Evidently not.
His posts got likes because it made sense, Kingsley started very poor but had hardly played for ages iirc... Once he came back he was getting better by the game! Clark had been just as poor and if he wasn't a local lad people would have been calling for his head. I'll gladly wager that Kingsley will prove a better left back next season. I'd like to keep Clark as competition but not for the alleged 8k he's demanding.
Clark came in at left back despite having played midfield for the last few years. Yet he was and is still a better LB than our 'specialist LB' Kingsley. Some people just go along with this notion as they are too afraid to have their own opinion. It makes sense to follow the 'flock' baa baa.
He should have gone to a top 4 club in the first instance. He was better than Leicester, no disrespect to Leicester. He would have been a great fit at Liverpool given how Klopp likes ball playing centre halves - like Hummels at Dortmund. Sell on? Ha ha ha - Boy wonder sold him at probably half his market value - sell on - no chance!
I think for Harry he did make the right move, he has further established himself as a EPL player by playing every game, and if he has gone straight to Manure then probably would have spent more games on the bench than playing.
Kingsley I believe was carrying the problem he finally succumbed too, which probably was affecting his early performances. I also believe he will prove to be a good signing, as I also think Stewart will.
People are more than capable of making up their own minds, there’s no need to sulk just because their opinion differs from yours.
Not following anyone, it's my own opinion as if yours, atleast some on here can accept others will have different opinions without getting out their pram over it!
I genuinely hope we don't have a sell on clause with Maguire, under any other owners i'd desperately want one, but any incoming funds are only going one way, so **** them
Our transfer policy under the Clownshoe mongs reign means any new signing is never going to get off to a flyer. They sign whilst the season is underway and have to get their match fitness on the pitch 3 months behind the rest of the players, as a consequence they lose confidence as they know they aren't playing well. In theory they should be at the races this season when we kick off and be better as we'll be playing 5 a side against 11 again. Until that **** ****s off, it'll never change.
It's an absolute shambles but we are all so used to it now. Recruitment will be painfully slow with a couple of freebees and loans yet the outgoings will as always move very quickly. My opinion next season will be a complete right off just how embarrassing it gets I dread to think.
