... whichever, our Clappers have become an obsession among Villa fans if social media is anything to go by. Reckon all 38,144 of Fulham fans at Wembley should take one to annoy them even more.
I still don't use them myself but I have warmed to others using them. They generate noise and some of our support is not that vocal. I find you often can't hear the singing for all the racket. 3 more sleeps .. can't wait.
I hear that we will have clappers at our seats, which is good news. Banging away on them drowns out the opposition supporters I noticed against Derby, and who whats to hear Villa anyway! They also helped get behind the Whites and on Saturday we need to do this in spades!! A noisy White Wall is what we need and I'm so pleased to be able to attend with Mrs 2W and be party to it. So you are sleeping, I'm too excited for that!
I'll just say this, the first game we had clappers we beat Wet Spam and started our run in The Great Escape. We kept the clappers the following season, and won the Premier League. Don't dismiss the power of the clapper Am very much looking forward to the game, #whitewall outfit is ready.
I will be there on Saturday, in Wembley for the first time ever and I can assure you, anything that can possibly make noise, will be used. If they leave clappers, great. If not, I'll take off my shoes, smack them together and sing until my lungs give out. I can not wait!
This made me laugh so much. https://www.fulhamish.co.uk/post/2018-05-23-the-great-clapper-debate/ Sent from my HTC 10 using Tapatalk
Clappers aside, I hope you join us in the premiership next season. On your day you're a top drawer team.
I know my old Dad will be looking down today and cheering the lads on. He would have loved to have watched this game, so come on lads, do it for yourselves, do it for the supporters and do it for my old Dad. COYW
Well done guys. Looks like you made it hard for yourselves having to play 20+ minutes with 10 men. Look forward to playing you next season. Just hope we can take a point or two off you.
