    Not quite so simple for people that suffer with severe hypoglycemia or other similar conditions. But I think they might be allowed to break the fasting.

    @thefanwithnoname to confirm.

    It's recommended not to fast if you have certain conditions

    Chicken in subs tonight

    Sounds crap, but it's roasted pulled chicken then added to a sauce and put in subs with lots of different bits n bats. So cheeses, slaw etc

    Just keep falling asleep too.

    Hope so. This feels like something coming on. A cold or something.

    Head hurts when in sujood, and when your teaching 20 odd kids

    I've got a cold as well - noticed I got much more dehydrated in gym last night. Think the slight increase in body temperature with any bug makes a big difference. Managed to time it right though - workout, shower and in the car with just two minutes to Maghrib so two bottles of water and some proper Arabian dates helped on the ride home.

    Bought four Kelapa Ijo - Green Coconuts which have no flesh, just clear liquid, on Sunday. Excellent for dehydration and stomach so finished off one of those when I got home and no problems afterwards. Nice to be able to buy fresh fruit like that on the street. Tell the guy what you want - he slices top off with a machete and drains it into a jug and then a plastic bag. Ice cold from the fridge its so good and very different to the normal coconut milk. Each one cost about 60p as well!

    Coconut water/milk is very underrated.

    One thing I never liked about the UK is it's fruit set-up. We need the proper sweet street stuff not ripen at home that's bitter and messes with your stomach acid.

    One thing I eat loads of when abroad is fruit, if in the right countries

    Trouble is all the overseas fruit they get in the UK has been picked unripe to travel. The local stuff I get here has been picked that day.

    The imported fruits (blueberries, strawberries etc) are expensive here but local stuff is very cheap. Always look forward to Mango season as well.

    Can't be as good as our mango's in the north east mate.

    Production is so efficient here they're tinned and on the shelves the same day!

    I know what you mean mate, I really couldn't be arsed last night so opted for a naive KFC :)

    Trouble is, spicy stuff triggers my IBS. I'll let your imagination do the rest (as I type :1980_boogie_down:)

    Back in the day, I used to give up booze for Lent every year; by the end of Ash Wednesday I'd be drunk as a judge <ok>
