I know you cant tell for sure who it will be but who do you think is the most likely academy player to come through to the first team and be a big star not like Flanagan or Robinson who are back up at the moment but someone who can come in and everyone will be talking about
I think Sterling is one of the favourites. I think Adam Morgan can become a brilliant poacher in the future as well.
Apart from Sterling who everyone has tipped to be a star, Conor Coady looks like he can make the step up. Give him a year or two and I think he'll be in the first team.
Hes a good lad,and when his car turns down our road on his way to his ma's we know its a local lad made good,ok he never made it all the way to the top but hes had a popstar for a bird and has got brewsters in his bank account. Not bad for a kid from Page Moss.
This is 'Nacho' - for those who haven't seen him play He's ****ing dynamite. http://www.tribalfootball.com/articles/liverpool-beat-spanish-rivals-albacete-whizkid-nacho-1778681 http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/news/media-watch/liverpool-set-to-sign-albacete-s-nacho-report EDIT: Trying to find a clip of him...
Is he the boy we signed along with the one from Mexico ? Aint heard much from that mexican kid either
They were both on trial not sure about what's going on with Bueno. I watched some of the games when they were on trial. Nacho was top draw, Bueno seemed ok but not great. Since the trials all ive really heard about is Nacho.
Coady, Sterling, Suso and Morgan are the four that stand out for me. Have high hopes for them. There are probably more i've forgotten but it's late and my brain is a bit slow!
Lee started the "funboy look" as we called it around here,he was'nt posing but whenever he was home he was wearing the best gear and the lads around here followed his trend(as best we could),but if you ever bump into him again tell him(im not telling you me name)that you were jangling to the lad that asked him to present the trophies at our junior footy teams end of season night in the Doms club.
Morgan is a strange one for me. Doesn't have massive pace and isn't big and strong yet seems to be banging them in for the U18's and reserves. I suppose it's about being in the right place at the right time so will be interesting to see if he can step up.
Thought I was the only one not convinced by morgan, as you day though he does do what a striker is supposed to do so heres hoping he can carry it on.
I wouldn't say I'm not convinced, just that he doesn't seem to have the attributes for a top striker. But like I said, seems to be scoring for fun so must have something about him. Natural finisher maybe? In which case, if you give him service he'll score you goals.
