The meeting - which was held today at the EFL headquarters - was a successful one, and Donald can now begin to finalise his deal with Ellis Short, to become the new owner. Lets hope that this one goes better. I don't care if we never see the prem again so long as we have a well ran club which we can be proud of again.
ALS is saying this. Somebody is some of ****. May as well merge this into the other thread. Edit do not merge!
can't believe one of our fanzines are promoting pure bullshite at a time like this. Whoever has the 'sources' which spun the ****e need to dump them on their arse and stop being so nieve
Thank ****in god for that The darkest hour is now over It’s not often that I read something and cheer out loud, but this thread made me do it Onwards and upwards lads
Great news! Now we can confine the last few years to history and look forward to a brighter future with an owner who actually knows something about football.
Excellent news, thanks Bri! New era indeed, here's hoping that it's different too, and we don't do a Rangers and get carried away with the spending too early. Feeling very optimistic now, gerrin
Thank **** for that!! Now do what you say and sort this cesspool of a club out! Get rid of the deadwood and be ambitious in your choice of manager! The fans will expect nothing less than promotion. Thats what you've bought into so deal with it.
Lots to look forward to now. New manager, actual transfer rumours to pore over and maybe just maybe winning the odd game of football.
Cracking news at last, thanks Bri for keeping on top of the story today. Onwards and upwards and here's to us appointing a new manager in the next few days.I When do next season's fixtures come out I can't wait.
