To be honest Whitejock, I would rather that than a season where we just sign a load of unknown sub-standard players from Serie B and the like who can't deliver the goods over a full season of Championship football.
The whole way we handle players is a joke. If Pearce was thought of as being close to the first team then why not off a new contract before his debut and before he gets all Jonny bigbollocks on us. No we play him first, realise he is actually quite good and alert all the prem boys to him. Ffs, why does Radz trust his football management team so much! On transfers, not going to comment until I see the scarf / shirt held above their head in the official announcement. Like last year I suspect that none of the journalists has a ****ing clue.
My understanding is that the club have been trying to sort it for months. Corbien has said that Pearce is the best footballer at the club and potentially a future England star.
as they say he is in the driving seat regarding contracts so we will see.a young lad offered prem money and not getting a game or less to play for us will choose the money.byram and taylor chose the money and the clubs filled their homegrown quota on the cheap.both getting big money for doing fook all. the only thing i do not like is the amount of compo we get which is paltry to the amount it would cost elsewhere.we have let too many go for too little.
Calm down lads you will get your pick of all the Serie B, C, and D players when the good ones have been snapped up be patient
only played 5 games, and the only one of them with half decent players,Norwich ran rings around him. He's started ok,but if he thinks he's too good for us then take the cash,he isn't good enough for any prem teams atm,IMO.
if he persists with big wage demands then get rid of him.better to buy a good player than give it to him and wait for him to develop.
No smoke without fire? And I know YouTube players never turn out well but check this guys goals out http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/05/1...revisit-interest-in-27-goal-aleksandar-prijo/
Newcastle admit they took a huge gamble to win promotion by having the highest ever wage bill for a Championship club of £112.2m which meant they were twice as high as Huddersfield and Brighton who went up with them. They reported a loss of £90m but hey they have won over £100m this season and will be doing the same next season. Our wage bill was £27.37p and a car wash voucher

The more I keep hearing about Jerry Mbakogu, the more I read, the way we are stalling over his signature (as he obviously isn't first choice) the more I just don't want it to happen
