    No he wasn't harshly treated. According to PJS they offered him a contract till the end of the season but he wanted longer than that, Moshiri gave in and gave him a longer deal. I'd say Sam knew exactly what was going to happen and the longer deal was for his pocket money to walk away. I'd even say that if Everton had finished higher, he still would have been sacked. Everton got what they wanted [or Moshiri did, the fans arguably didn't] and Sam got what he wanted ££££.

    LFC have officially congratulated all 3 LFC players in the squad, even though there are only 2. Now if a squad member gets injured and another LFC player is called up the conspiracy theories will start
