Good Morning Everyone Fulham are on their way to Wembley! There overturned a one goal deficit to beat the Rams 2-1 on aggregate. The Cottagers wil either play Villa or Boro in the final. Villa have the edge having beaten the Smoggo's 1-0 at the Rioverside in the first leg. Hadi Sacko has posted on his Instagram account that he will never forget his time at ER. I think we can safely assume he won't be with us next season. Is there more pressure put on Leeds Utd players, than other professional footballers! I've just read an article comparing Oriel Rey to a young Sergio Busquets! LUST (Leeds United Supporters Trust) are staging a Safe Standing Roadshow today in the hope of re-introducing safe standing at Elland Road. The stadium has been all-seater since 1994, when terracing in the North Stand was replaced. Legislation forbids standing sections, but opinion in Leeds appears to be on the side of the Safe Standing campaign. Thoughts?
Morning Matt, and all. Hope Fulham go up out of them all, defo not Villa, they're pretty well fooked transfer and money wise if they don't. We'll never forget his time here either but for complete opposite reasons I suspect, woeful footballer. More pressure than most I suspect, they only have to be able to string 2 sentences together in an interview and they're a God at Millwall. About time we had safe standing, done wonders for the game and atmosphere in Germany, no reason why we can't follow their model.
I can vouch for the Millwall comment, not sure many of their fans do talking Was Sadsack on a long contract?
Morning one and all good news at last the sack forcsacko never was an inept footballer so well named.the useless twat is a wage thief and has never been a footballer.
Do you still have Smog in England ? Villa v Fulham would be a good final with Fulham to go up ... and then get swiftly relegated. Standing at football matches - serioulsy don't the seats just get in the way ?
6 goals a season in serie B is six goals a season more than Ekuban ever got, so an improvement I would say
If this is true & i hope to god it's not, just proves we have learned nothing & have not taken any lessons from last season.Second rate players from poor leagues WILL NOT ,get us out of the championship, only to league one.FFS Radz/Orta look a little closer to home, sighn up Robert Huth on a free, and use some of the rumoured 4m Jerry fee to pay his wages for a couple of seasons,we would then have a ready made captain & powerhouse to help get us out of this god forsaken league, also another player like Peter Crouch For an aerial threat in and around the box,who would be another possible free,So if we have 4m to spend spend it on older wiser heads who could still do a job in the championship.Rant over (for now)
Morning all, going and buying this Serie B player for 4 million (if that's what is going to happen) would just add further fuel to the fire that our hierarchy couldn't lie straight in bed. It would leave me wondering if they are telling porkies regarding the fees involved for certain players. Why would you spend 4 million on this guy when you could have just about had Marriot for the same price in the last transfer window or did we 'supposedly' spend the 4 million on Forshaw from Orta's old club Boro? Call me a conspiracy nut (because I can be at times) but a lot of things not adding up about the way our club does business. Hopefully a few of the journalists or whatever can get off the gravy train for long enough to ask some serious questions if we just repeat the ridiculous transfer approach from last season.
