Only if you think Rad needs to back his bags and take his business model, director of football, head coach and 95% of the first team squad with him before he relegates us. From what I read you seem to mellowing to the idea but are still not quite there.
At this level he is quality and has been each time I have watched him. Not sure because I don't claim to have scouting abilities of othersif he would be good at higher levels. Conditions are always pretty much standard as they play on a 3G pitch. They only just laid it last summer and if they were to get promoted again would need to rip it up to put grass down.... oops. The keeper has by all accounts been outstanding all season and would expect him to move on to possible Blackburn.. They do seem to play decent footie. Salford ****ty who went up as champions were more agricultural and kicked their way to the title.
Not one of them will ever play in the prem with us. Most of them will develop no further, those that do will be sold off to keep rad in fancy suits.
I thought Ayling was going to be a waste of money My point is why ignore PH and force another player on him who PH will refuse to pick and play, I just don't get why we have backed PH to be in charge next season yet not trust him with players who he believes will make a difference. If Orta believes Yiadom is a bad and poor choice then he must believe PH has a poor eye for a player yet he keeps his job coaching and picking the match day squad, it doesn't make sense. In regards to Yiadom he has refused a new contract offer from Barnsley: August 2017, after rejecting two bids from Premier League side Huddersfield Town, Barnsley agreed a fee with Huddersfield believed to be around £3 million for Yiadom however the move collapsed and Yiadom returned to Barnsley. On transfer deadline day 31 August 2017, Yiadom had agreed to join Premier League side Swansea City, however on the 1 September it was announced that the paperwork submitted for the move had not gone through before the 23:00 BST Transfer Window deadline and the move was thus not sanctioned, leading Yiadom to return to Barnsley. If has been mentioned before Orta's brief was set up the academy to be able to play a certain brand of football so that the kids can easily slip into a first team berth whenever required without having to change what they do daily. Maybe Yiedom doesnt fit the new way. It also means wholesale changes are not feasible unless better players brought in who can play the way our kids are being coached. Coaching at the clubs obviously works for every team we have except the first team right now. But I agree with you on PH why bring him in if he has a different philosophy as it would make all the hard work by Cobean a waste of time. Even today the young Bugarian kid (Tun) Orta brought in last Summer has been selected for Bulgaria

Glad you posted that doc as I was going to ask ( then put my tin hat on), whether Radz / Orta were to blame or the player, for whatever reason is running down his contract. I'm catching up but agree with glory about poaching relegated clubs players, citing Ayling is wrong imo as Bristol City were / are doing well. As for the idea that we want all the teams to play the same style then surely the logical step was to promote the U23 coach when TC was sacked. That's my issue with the boardroom, there seems a distinct lack of joined up thinking.
