For an 18 year old fresh out of the academy maybe you have a point. For a 21 year old with 134 first team league appearances, club player of the year and in the PFA team of the year for three consecutive seasons, not so much.
From memory Harry used to have an ok game then a stinker. He needed a run of games which wasnt going to happen as Curtis and Dawson were rightly ahead of him at the time. When he did get his chances, he often got injured after no more than 2 consecutive appearances. He went on loan, came back after games and looked solid. The rest is history. i'm sure if you read back at early posts on here he got a slating?
Obviously loads of people on here thought he would play for England but just didn't mention it at the time

Two of those players were mentioned today by fans on the BBC website as being players of note this season. One for being a snip for a top class left back and the other for resurrecting Newcastle's fortunes since Christmas.
Gotta feel for Odders Last meaningful game was the Wembley win against SWFC 2 years ago. Next game who knows for or where.
I saw Diame and Rafa had a bit of a veiled pop at fat **** a few weeks ago for playing him out of position.

One of the few times I was applauding Adkins lately was when he hauled him off at half time. I think he is the better of the three Chelsea lads but not really one I would trust. Would like to have seen more of Tomori but he must be bad if Adkins doesnt fancy him
