Sir Alex Ferguson is out of intensive care after undergoing brain surgery, Manchester United have confirmed. Legendary Manchester United boss Ferguson underwent emergency surgery on Saturday after suffering a brain haemorrhage. Ferguson, 76, who is being treated at Salford Royal Hospital, will continue his recovery as an inpatient, according to the club. United said in a statement: "Sir Alex no longer needs intensive care and will continue rehabilitation as an inpatient. "His family have been overwhelmed by the level of support and good wishes but continue to request privacy as this will be vital during this next stage of recovery."
OLOF won't like that. Where is that cantankerous, belligerent and seldom circumspect gentleman anyway?
Just nicked this from another site. Wayne Rooney went in to visit Fregie in hospital. "He seems much better now and is able to string together a whole sentence" says Sir Alex.
