I was going to start a thread about our new owner but will tag along with this one Roger. It was reported that he was at the match on Sunday but I haven't seen any reports of him giving any interviews after the match. Seems to me that if he was there then it was a good opportunity to address the fans after such a good win. Anyone know was he actually at the match?
Considering it’s not competed it’d be foolish in my opinion to start coming out doing interviews. He also probably doesn’t really want to be associated with this season either.
We're down another division and yet I'll be starting next season with more hope and excitement than I have the last 7 or 8. Sad but true.
He cannot say nowt if he has not taken over yet, but why the frig did this not happen earlier in Dec last year for instance, oh wait you can have the club for nowt mate as I will pay off all the debts hehe a non league owner as well exiting times ahead I think not A disaster again in the making no experience at all at owning a top club either.
**** off monty. Yo sound like a whining bitch impersonating a broken record. IT CANT HAPPEN IF IT WASNT ON THE TABLE MUPPET
You'd have preferred it if he'd come in earlier and not waited for Short to agree to get rid of the debt? You'd prefer us still to be crippled financially? Didn't think so. Stop saying stupid **** you geriatric ****.
i know you lot don't like Monty but i find him ok, never saw the supposed bad comments he is alleged to have made, or seen any direct quotes from those posts by posters on here referring to that subject. So as far as i'm concerned, its take as you find, and i find Monty ok, can be a little reckless with his choice of words, and a miserable auld git, and whinger comes to mind, and i can remember lots who have said bad things and or worse, but everyone has faults, who hasn't put their foot in it, on here after a few sherberts and regretted it the following day, done that on here myself. after all its a forum different opinions, varying points of view but all with a love for Sunderland just shown in different degrees
