Player of the Season

After a close season of being mucked around by boy wonder and the invisible man (head of recruitment) there's a chance Nigel will walk , he's just gone some way to repairing his reputation in the game by keeping us up, why risk it again, fighting a losing battle next season, i feel he'll either walk or another club will come calling if we have a poor close season recruiting players.

 

I think there’s literally zero chance he will walk. Despite everything that goes on in the background, this is the best job he could've dreamed of getting. After failing at a lower level I bet he couldn’t believe his luck in taking over a team 6 months relegated from the Premier League.

 

Your probably right, but if he doesn't get the backing he wants, then he may just think that he doesn't want to add a failing championship club(hope i'm wrong on that too) to his cv.

 

I wouldn't want to see daws in a city shirt next season. He should retire.

Somebody who went told me there was a bit of a bad atmosphere last night. A mix of the departing players (and the confirmation by a player that they’re all going) and unhappy staff who were working the event but aren't partially fond of boy wonder. He was described as “vindictive” by one of them and they wondered why he was there when he couldn’t be bothered to turn up for his father’s celebration a few weeks ago when he was already at the stadium earlier that day.

 

I understand that it is a symptom of being a ****.

Yep. we don't know half of what the players will know about what goes on at the club. We know enough, but I reckon if we knew the full extent of the atrocities, we'd all be off too.

If by "we" you are referring to those two ****ing ****s, then yes you are probably right on the destination of any sales proceeds. It will only be a positive if it speeds up them ****ing off.

I don't think may people are panicking about losing Dawson , just the fact that we do actually need some centre backs
