I can't understand why Ferrari struggle so much when using the primes - significantly so, when you see how well McLaren and Red Bull adapt to them. With the WDC and the Constructor's virtually already decided, will this just be accepted as the team's Achilles heel in favour of concentrating on next year's car or will they still be able to do something about it?

Alonso was doing similar times to Vettel on the primes initially, I was quite surprised that Webber seemed to be faster than Vettel on the same tyres. Must be something to do with set up more than tyres, but Ferrari just seem to go backwards on the primes.

It is rather odd but it seems Red Bull had the worst tyre problems today. Ferrari struggle in cold conditions so just the difficulty to get temperature in their tyres is the problem they have.

Apparently Ferrari reverted to their pre-Silverstone rear suspension, which might explain their difficulties in Spa.

A low downforce setup and low temperatures also contributed to Ferrari's tyre struggles.
