If you're not bothered about the electric bill then just leave the fridge open.

Just put your frozen planet DVDs on a loop. Instantly you’ll feel colder

I think they are very good at cooling the air , don't ask me how it does it, It just does .

Noise wise compared to a " Traditional pedestal fan " I would say very very quiet . We managed to sleep with it going all night in a small room on holiday a couple of years ago when it got blisteringly hot in Suffolk .

    Price wise - https://www.johnlewis.com/dyson-am09-hot-cool-fan-heater/p1989086

Easy, get a polystyrene box with a lid, fill up 6 empty milk bottles with water. Freeze but allow for expansion, cut in two 3” plastic 45 degree elbows from the pluming shop. Also cut a hole in the top for a square fan to sit fill up the box with the frozen water bottles and Bingo! AC for under £15 quid.<ok>

No, I support Newcastle. He thinks I’m a Sunderland wum, called me a *****, said I have six fingers, and banned me for no reason other than he thinks I’m a wum.
