I am not in the good books at the moment we recently installed a sate of the arts gas boiler in and was assured it would save a lot of energy needles to say its using 35% more than the old one so I am not amused and have made it very clear that I want this sorting Moe blames me and so we have had words as she refuses for me to even try and reduce our output by turning the radiators off.Any way I have the installer to come back again but things are very frosty in Bardsey
Good morning good people, and Glory I’d prefer Bremner, though he was not listed, not going to let that influence me. With just that one player the team would suddenly look like world beaters (well, in this league, anyway)
There is nothing I post here that is anything other than banter... although it was 100% true as the best banter/ fishing always is.
Talking of David Batty earlier got me thinking, i wonder what he is doing now when i came across this interesting article. https://talksport.com/football/ever...id-batty-believe-me-he-was-great-171202262764
Back in theday worlds best academy was Leeds Utd and used as the blueprint for the rest. Todays best academies are, in no particular order: Barcelona madrid, Man City spurs Chelsea Man Utd Liverpool Ajax Feyornoord PSV Natntes PSG Charlton
If she is bending your ear she is obviously much better and that's good news. On the new place we have a solar panel and apart from the efficiencies of a new house and boiler we have a feed in tariff (rebate on leccy pumped back into the national grid) and our monthly electric went from £110 PCM over 12 months in the old house to £36 per month in the quarter since January. No idea how much they cost to install but might be worth a look?
You can get them free but there are conditions. You have to sign up for circa 25 yrs and are not allowed to take them down, even if you sell the property Most of the leccy goes to the National grid, householder gets around 35% - 40%
Evening all. Spent a little while last night reading some twitter finances stuff re Leeds from some that claim to be in the know. Got me to thinking, this is basically the same ****e I was reading a decade ago. Got to be honest, an awful lot of it has become quite boring at this stage
we get £5-10m more ticket income than the average Championship club, clubs coming down from the Prem get £20m a year (ish). So any owner who, understandably, wants to stay in the black every year is either conning the fans or praying he’ll get lucky with a coach and DOF who can overperform. We need an owner who is prepared to spend enough to go up (I know there’s fair play restrictions but don’t think we’ve come near breaching then).
