Very little in my opinion. Particularly, when those who seem to get off on here by holding court change their's as fundamentally as they have over the course of months. I recall accounts of how right the Quinn-Bruce parternership was for our beloved club when some of our apparently esteemed friends witnessed their road show last season, now, well it's Captain Clueless and conspiracy theories - what a joke. Anyone, and and I mean anyone, can be wise after the event. The real value comes from thinking ahead of the game not after it. Bruce knows our weaknesses better than any of us, but to think in the modern game, and given the pull and spending power of the big clubs and the cities they are in, that it is simply a case of identifying a player, waving your cheque book and a deal is done, then where have you been for the last 5 years? Get real, and get real about where we are as a club and a region in the minds of most 'top drawer' PL players. Still as long as everyone's ego is intact, let's all sit back, open mouthed at the deep insight and long sightedness of our own star players on here. No matter that the club and the team have made steady progress, and in some areas fundamental progress under the current regime.
I even struggle with that TBH. I love it when you have had meat and get all riled up. Think I will go before they wake up...
He's had several transfer windows to solve these problems and yet we're still wondering if we'll get anyone in to cover these areas. As a result of this we play lads out of position which weakens us, and his tactical ability is also frequently questionable. So I'd say we know our weaknesses as well as anyone. We have made steady progress I agree, but that still doesn't hide the massive problems we are still facing. As a fan who pays money into the club and loves Sunderland, I reserve the right to question and criticise if I think something isn't right, just as I'll cheer when we do well. I wont keep my trap shut just to avoid upsetting those who feel everything is great, I have an opinion and so do you, thats what this forum is for offering opinions.

Keep voicing your opinions, that's what a forum is for, i don't recall ever telling anyone to keep their trap shut, nor saying everything is great, you appear to have dreamt those points up to justify your position
I never said you did mate, it was a general statement, just as I assume your post was also a general statement and not aimed at anyone in particular.
What about all of my posts, thousands of them so surely one was good, I am easly hurt. I think it was aimed at you, I heard him talking in the bogs and I'm sure he mentioned you, gan on, get him....
hahahahaha, Syd your wooden stirring spoon must be nearly worn out by now, the amount of times you use it.
