I was a bit confused with your pitch comment yesterday when you said the Anfield pitch was 600mm, then I realised you meant the pitch of the seats i.e. the distance from one seat to the one behind/in front.
I thought he was referring to the actual pitch too; 600mm would obviously be tiny whereas 600m would be massive. Just put it down as a MITO
the idea i think is there is "loads of space" to stand and that you each get an elevated platform to see above heads. theres no room to do it at anfield anyway. The reality is its a free for all in the row and people will stand where they like.
I thought he was referring to the actual pitch too; 600mm would obviously be tiny whereas 600m would be massive. Just put it down as a MITO its not a mito. "pitch" is a perfectly logical term to describe the spacing between the row. like pitch of a gear. one tooth to the next i refer you to wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gear#Standard_pitches_and_the_module_system pitch diameter.. pitch is in this sense the repeating cadence. so we have 700mm pitch for the rows in the stnad at celtic park... ok I used the term without explaining. I made an assumption. (that you are not a dumb ass)
