He's holding off to see what happens in the playoffs. I have this sinking, sullen feeling that he's not going to sell... Moreso when we get promoted.
Richard Murray is saying it is very close. But if he said the sky is blue I would get a second opinion.
Murray last said that in February...coincidentally in the same week that the protests were due to target him. "There is nothing you could ever say that would make me believe you again"
If there is a choice between there being proof of a God and there being proof the takeover has been agreed ..... I guess proof of a God will come first
Quite clearly Dushitelet is waiting on the outcome of (Let's see)where we are next season. A worry must be that should we get promoted and he wants to get greedy then the interested parties walk away.
Tie a rubber band round your waist and jump into oblivion is a definition of idiocy. Paying money to do it is a definition of insanity.
The latest, on Page 695 of CL's takeover thread, is that the takeover is now delayed "until the end of April". Given that it is now 1 May, that may be an oblique way of saying its this week. Then again, its more likely to be BS like the other 694 pages of the CL takeover thread. Doucher - who is clearly a WUM but a great guy IMO, as he gets under Everitt and Ben Hayes' skin ...says RD is hedging his bets because of possible promotion.
Rick Everett - “ I’ve also heard this”. every time without fail he posts this when somebody says they know something about takeover. Can’t believe people still hang on his every word.
These occasional flurries of euphoria on CL just leave everyone depressed when they fade away. Richard Murray saying it's very close just adds to the confusion.
Roland announced last year that he was selling all his clubs, yet he still appears to own them all apart from St Truiden. Parting with them is something he seems to find difficult.
Rick's latest drip drip of (non-)information is that we should be hearing something by the weekend. Personally I'm prepared for the worst, which is no take-over. The only conclusion is that Roland wants to cover his losses and wants too much. Hope I'm wrong.
From a poster on CL Just realised companies House has the pdf of the incorporation statement... Echidna is owned by Australian Football Consotrium (they're incorporated in Aus, which is obviously why I couldn't find them before!). So at least something, somewhere is happening.. maybe. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/...g4MGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0
