    We can sack him, but there'll be lawyers all over it costing a fortune, so **** knows what'll happen. But Hull were going to get rid of Bullard before he was offered a contract by someone else, so it should be possible.

    Sack him, get shot. He's had plenty time and advice and if he still doesnt realise what he has in front of him then he is not bright enough to deserve another chance. He is a waster of the highest order.

    As for Barton references, we wanted him out after he did stuff like this, it was only after he actually played well that we came around to him. I'm not prepared to wait around for Ranger to become a good player so we can forgive him.

    ranger is an idiot but lets face it breaking a team-mates jaw is worse and nobody said **** all about carrol when he did it. if ranger was performing well for NUFC we wouldnt care about this assualt thing, he may be a gangster wanna be and he may have broken someones jaw but thats a lot less than carrol and barton did at NUFC!

    And by the way we dont know the circumstances so we shouldnt judge him, what if he was protecting himself? or if someone punched his missus etc etc.

    people are too harsh on ranger just because he hasnt played consistantly well for us.

    If found guilty this guy is going to spend time in Durham Jail as well as having his contract terminated. Assaulting (allegedly) a guy in the Groat market is bad enough, injuring 2 policemen who arrested him, will seal his fate. (Source Radio Newcastle)
