    Not unreasonably...
if you are happy with 14th in the second tier you are part of the problem.

It isn't that I am happy with our present position but I would still want Leeds to win if they were playing non league football.

And I would too as long as it wasn’t going to stop progress because a pr spin master owner that don’t know his arse from his elbow can’t see what’s going on.
Short term pain for long term gain

Yes, but what owner?? It's easy to aim gripes at 'pr spin masters' when there is no obvious potential owner (the billionaire you want who just fancies doing a load of cash on LU). And I don't want to hear that there are 'loads of potential investors' (who) that want Leeds United because they never put their money up when the opportunity comes around to buy us. Radz has at least done that (and tried to get proper people to run the football side - questionable if he has that right).

If someone buys the club it’s for them to run the club in a way that is fit for purpose. I take your point about a lack of those fit for the task but those in charge need to take responsibility for stewarding our club properly. No excuses.

BTW it’s not questionable if he has proper people in. He hasn’t, and we knew it from day one.

That horse has bolted. But one of those involved is still putting huge sums into the club in terms of sponsorship, boxes and is a defacto director..

I am not advocating Adam as a new owner. We won’t ever know if we would have prospered more under his consortium than under gfh, Cellino or Rad but I suspect it wouldn’t have been worse and some of the circus antics wouldn’t have happened..

I didn't say that he has the right people, just that what he has tried to do. Kinnear has experience of running two premier league clubs. Orta, and we can argue to what extent was at Boro when they got promoted, so yes he has tried to put a structure in place. Evidently, as we can judge on results, it's clearly not working at the moment.

I wonder if the dof idea with untried coaches is the correct approach at all. If we look at the table now, five of the top six clubs have well seasoned managers, four of them are dinosaurs of the game. Both Cellino and rad insisted on untried coaches with no championship track records. The only good one Monk had experience and we were infinitely better under him. He clearly didn’t like what he saw very early on in rads stewardship in terms of the personnel. For me, I desperately want to see a McCarthy and let him look after the signings with a decent budget. Also the bulk of signings need to have had a couple of seasons in the Championship. None of this nonsense of signings from Holland and Macedonia and having to give them time to adjust. They need to hit the ground running first day of new season and push for auto spots
