What's more likely, that the PFA player of the year and Ballon d'Or contender wouldn't be awarded a single penalty all season by an English referee because he never deserves one, or because they are biased?

 

Apparently they're aren't many English players in the PL any more, so how come they're the ones getting all the penalties?
