    Didn't Joe Ledley opt to join Celtic instead of Stoke because he wanted to play European football????

    Quite right Smither's...
    WHO cares anyway, Celtic could NOT beat mediocre opposition. STOKE CITY did, easily.
    Now it gets tougher and we can show Europe just what we can do... TONY time to sign some player's as I believe
    that you may have been waiting to see if we did indeed make the group stage's....

    IF ANYONE THINKS that our current squad is big enough or good enough.. please feel free to shout me down.
    We've a great chance to shine in Europe, but without more quality we may as well just turn up and hope for the best.
    Not one of those games will be easy far from it so...
    Go get those player's T.P. PLEASE

    Surely nobody believes we are good to go.... We need players but from previous experience we won't even be sure who they are till deadline day.

    Ledley was only after money. That is the only thing footballers care about.

    He said that he wanted to play for one of the worlds biggest clubs steeped in tradition of winning trophies, getting to European finals all in a massive stadium and that Stoke were odds on to get relegated the following season.

    That was the first time we went after Ledley, when we weren't even allowed to speak to him, despite Ledley saying he would've liked to at least talked to us. The 2nd time was before our 3rd season in the Premier League and we weren't odds on to go down that season.
