I just read it in the context of the reply & came back with how I usually respond when people tell me I can’t do something instead of telling me I shouldn’t. “You can’t park there”. Yes I can, look, it’s already parked. “You can’t stand there”. Yes I can, I’m doing it now. “You can’t walk through that aisle”. Yes I can, watch this. & so on.

incident [ˈɪnsɪd(ə)nt] NOUN an instance of something happening; an event or occurrence. I thought it was an example of something happening and was an event or occurence.
You mean like when people are blown up or mowed down by a lorry and it is described as a terrorist related incident?
