Not sure why everyone is thinking Forster is going. Who the hell do you think will be willing to pay him £90k a week?!

He is going no where til his contract is up.

Exactly!! Nobody is going to be queueing up to buy Saints players as they are not going to be in high demand. The likes of Gabbi, Tadic, Boufal will move towards the end of the window either cheaply or on loan. Clubs know SFC want to sell, so will pay as little as possible to secure their services.

As for the manager, how about Graham Potter. He is young, and surely the future.

Koeman was dealing with bigger & better players than the current lot. The ones that supposedly he fell out with, just weren't playing anyway, because they weren't good enough to get into a winning team.

ANYTHING would be an improvement on Pellegrino's training. Sadly, the damage has been done. No manager could have turned this season around after the stupidly late decision to get shot of that personality vacuum. But overall, I've been disappointed with Hughes. He shouldn't even be considered for next season.

That’s very interesting. It almost sounds like he is unremarkable. That’s also a word that could be applied to his managerial career. Nothing shocking really. Nothing outstanding.
